Delete my data

You can request the deletion of your Endlss account and associated personal data. Please read the information below carefully before submitting your request.

What we will delete

Within 30 days of your request we will:

  • Anonymise your personal details — your email address, username, display name and any other identifying information will be permanently removed from your account record.
  • Remove all of your collections — every collection you have created, whether public or private, will be permanently deleted.
  • Anonymise logs and audit trails — any system logs or audit records that reference your account will be anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you.

What we will keep

  • Financial and purchase records — if you have made any purchases, we are required by financial regulation to retain transaction records. These will not be publicly visible.
  • Images and videos —any media you created or uploaded will remain on the platform, but your contribution will be fully anonymised so it is no longer associated with your identity.
  • Likes — your likes will remain as anonymous interactions so that other users and content are not negatively affected.
  • Social provider identifier — we will retain your social provider UID (or email address if you signed up via email) in a secure, internal “deleted accounts” list for one year from the date of your request. This is solely to prevent misuse and is not accessible to anyone outside of the Endlss team.

After deletion

Once your request has been processed, your account will no longer exist. If you wish to use Endlss again in the future, you will need to sign up for a new account. You may use the same credentials or social provider if you wish.
