AI Slop, what is it and why is it bad?

AI Slop is a term synonymous with low-quality, AI-generated content that is often produced in large volumes without regard for originality, relevance, or quality.

We welcome AI content on Endlss. We want to feature the best AI-generated art, photography, and video alongside human-created work. But we have a responsibility to maintain high standards for the content on our platform. AI Slop can harm the community by flooding it with unoriginal, irrelevant, or low-quality content that drowns out genuinely interesting and creative work.

Our objective in the future is provide AI tools to allow creators to expand media featured on Endlss and that means we must work hard to keep the quality of AI content high. Naturally, every piece of media is subjective in value and we recognise this, but we will reject low-quality AI content if we feel it doesn't meet our standard and we ask you as users of Endlss to consider what AI content to include.
