How to cancel
No hoops, no hidden buttons
1. Go to My Subscription
Navigate to My Subscription from the menu. You'll see your current tier, billing dates, and subscription details.
2. Scroll to the bottom
At the bottom of the page you'll find the cancellation section. Tap "I still want to cancel" to proceed.
3. Confirm cancellation
You'll see a summary of what you'll lose and be asked to confirm. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to complete the process.
What happens when you cancel
You keep your perks until the end of your billing period
Not immediate
Cancellation doesn't take effect straight away. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period — the date shown on your My Subscription page. You won't be charged again after that.
Your badge and ring
Your supporter badge and coloured profile ring will be removed at the end of your billing period. If you've earned contribution badges (Scout, Pathfinder, Explorer, etc.) through uploading content, those are permanent — they stay on your profile forever.
AI generation access
If you're on the Dali tier or above, your AI generation access ends when your subscription does. Any images and videos you've already generated remain in your Inbox and are not deleted.
Collections and content
Your collections, likes, uploads, and all other content are unaffected by cancellation. Nothing is deleted.
Changed your mind?
Resume before your period ends
If you cancel but change your mind before your billing period ends, you can resume your subscription from the My Subscription page. Tap "Resume Subscription" and everything stays as it was — no interruption, no re-subscribing, no new charges until your next billing date.
If your subscription has already ended, you can re-subscribe at any time from the Subscribe page.
