Payments and security
We use Stripe
Trusted by millions of businesses worldwide
All payments on Endlss are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Stripe handles payments for companies like Amazon, Google, Shopify, and millions of others.
Payments are processed through our parent company, Splondge. Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as SPLONDGE.
Your data is safe
We never see your card details
We never store your card number
When you subscribe, your payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout. Your card number, CVV, and expiry date are sent directly to Stripe — they never pass through our servers and we never have access to them.
PCI DSS Level 1 compliance
Stripe is certified to the highest level of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This is the same standard required of the world's largest banks and payment processors. Your payment data is encrypted end-to-end.
Encrypted at every step
All communication between your browser, our servers, and Stripe is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). Stripe encrypts stored card data with AES-256, the same encryption standard used by governments and military organisations.
Two-factor authentication
Stripe supports 3D Secure (3DS) authentication. If your bank requires it, you'll be asked to verify your identity during checkout — adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorised use of your card.
What we can see
Transparency about what information we hold
While we never see your full card details, we do receive some limited information from Stripe to manage your subscription:
Information we receive
Your Stripe customer ID, the last 4 digits of your card (for display purposes), your subscription status, billing dates, and payment success/failure notifications. This is the minimum needed to show you your subscription status and handle tier changes.
We do not sell, share, or use your payment data for anything other than managing your Endlss subscription.
What payment methods do we accept?
Cards, digital wallets, and what's coming next.
Refunds
What to do if something goes wrong and you need a refund.
